Individual Visit (KA131)

Thank you for your interest in an Erasmus+ staff mobility at Marburg University.

Please note that staff mobilities from program countries are organised directly through the relevant departments, faculties, or central administrative units at Marburg University. The International Office cannot assist with finding contacts or arranging placements.

If you are interested in a staff mobility for teaching or training, please research which department or unit best fits your professional background and contact the relevant colleagues directly. In case you are planning a teaching mobility at Marburg University, please note that a valid Inter-Institutional Agreement (IIA) must be in place between your home university and Marburg University in the relevant subject area or academic department.

We recommend sending a detailed message introducing yourself, your institution, and the purpose and plans for your visit.

If a visit is agreed upon, your contact person at Marburg University can provide an invitation letter and sign any documents required for the Erasmus+ application process.

Please note that participants are responsible for organising and booking their own travel and accommodation.
